AGM QUESTIONS

Otto Energy Limited (ASX: OEL) (Otto or the Company) advises of an update to its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 19 November 2020.

Following the conclusion of the meeting it came to Otto's attention that due to a technical issue, some questions asked by shareholders utilising the virtual platform, during the Managing Director's presentation, were not visible to the Company. The residual questions have since been made available to the Company.

Otto apologises for this technical difficulty and has posted responses to these residual questions on its website (www.ottoenergy.com).
