The board of directors of Healthway Medical Corporation Limited announced that the company, has on November 14, 2017 entered into a non-binding technical collaboration agreement (the Collaboration M.O.U.) with OUE Lippo Healthcare Limited, SK Telecom Co., Ltd., Seoul National University Bundang Hospital and HealthConnect Co., Ltd. a joint venture between SKT and SNUBH. Under the terms of the Collaboration M.O.U., each of the company and OUELH will explore and discuss collaborations with SKT, SNUBH and HCC in connection with hospital information systems, disease management solutions, tele-medicine, smart primary health center and smart hospital solutions. Collaboration options include: forming one or more joint ventures to market and implement SNUBH's hospital information systems in territories mutually agreed thereon; investing in HCC as a strategic partner; obtaining exclusive rights and licences from HCC to use and/or commercialise the licensed products in territories mutually agreed thereon; and forming one or more joint ventures to market and implement HCC's smart hospital/clinic solutions and health management services in territories mutually agreed thereon.

The signing of the Collaboration M.O.U is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of the group for the current financial year ending December 31, 2017.
