NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Resignation of a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee

OURO FINO SAÚDE ANIMAL PARTICIPAÇÕES S.A. ("Company"), hereby announces to its shareholders and the market in general that recieved from Mr. José Francisco Hintze Júnior, a letter dated July 20th, 2021 informing about his resignation to the positions of Member of the Board of Directors and the position of coordinating member of the Audit Committee, for which he had been elected at the Company's Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting held on May 8th, 2020 and the Company's Board of Directors' Meeting held on March 14th, 2016, respectively.

Due to the resignations from the positions mentioned above, the Companys Board of Directors unanimously resolved, on this same opportunity, to (i) elect, ad referendum of the General Meeting, as an independent member of the Company Conselhos Board of Directors, Mr. Raphael Martins Villela, Brazilian, single, economist, bearer of Identity Card RG nº 11.697.684-6 SSP/RJ and enrolled with the CPF/ME under nº 101.721.717-33, resident and domiciled at Rua Sampaio Vidal, 451, São Paulo /SP, CEP 01443-000; and (ii) elect, as member and coordinator of the Audit Committee, Mr. Luiz Antônio Santos Baptista, Brazilian, legally separated, accountant, bearer of identity card RG No. 3.408.408-7 SSP/RJ and registered with the CPF/MF under No. 467.551.367-00, resident and domiciled at Rua Coelho Neto, No. 52/503, Laranjeiras, in the city of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, CEP 22231-110.

The Company reiterates its sincere thanks for the important contribution provided in the period in which Mr. José Francisco Hintze Junior performed his activities at the Company.

Finally, the Company informs that, pursuant to CVM Instruction No. 480, of December 7th, 2009, will proceed with the timely update of its Reference Form, in order to reflect the changes object of this communicated.
