Notice Regarding Change of Trade Name for a Consolidated Subsidiary

OUTSOURCING Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") hereby announces that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on February 26, 2021, resolved to change the trade name of consolidated subsidiary CPL RESOURCES PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY (hereinafter "CPL"), which is part of the Overseas Engineering Outsourcing Business segment, as per the details below.

1. Outline of the consolidated subsidiary (CPL)

• (1) Reason for the change

  CPL, which was acquired and made an OUTSOURCING Group subsidiary on January 21, 2021, was delisted in conjunction with the acquisition, and accordingly was required to change registration from a Public Limited Company to a Private Company Limited by Shares.

  CPL RESOURCES LIMITED

• (3) Scheduled date for the change Late March 2021 (planned).

  *Dependent on completion of the application procedure for corporate name registration.

  The impact of this matter on consolidated financial results for FY12/21 is negligible.
