- [We Partner] Sopra Steria and OVHcloud Collaborate to Develop Integrated End-to-End Offering for SAP S/4HANA®
Sopra Steria and OVHcloud today announce the creation of a demonstrator for SAP S/4HANA® deployed on a SecNumCloud infrastructure. This new milestone of the collaboration between both legacy SAP partners follows OVHcloud becoming an SAP outsourcing operations partner.
At the beginning of 2022, OVHcloud became an SAP-certified provider in cloud and infrastructure operationsfor all of its datacentres in EMEA, with the ambition to help accelerate and facilitate the deployment of SAP environments in its trusted cloud. This acceleration is also based on the cooperation between integrators and cloud providers, to offer an accessible, resilient, and secure service from start to finish.
Hosted by OVHcloud, Sopra Steria announced the creation of a functional demonstrator for SAP S/4HANA deployed on a SecNumCloud infrastructure. This prototype helps address the financial and accounting services needs of public sector, OIVs and OSEs, and any organization has aware of data sovereignty requirements. Sopra Steria and OVHcloud are therefore continuing to work together to support SAP applications that meet a large range of business needs in a trusted cloud environment.

"From an SAP perspective, there is a clear focus on 'cloud first,' and from a partner perspective, there is an ability to orchestrate SAP, third-party, cloud, hybrid, and on-premise solutions at the same time. We currently see a lot of these hybrid scenarios as a first step towards the cloud movement. It is an ability that the partners have to be able to manage, together with a consulting approach where customers need trust in their service providers to be guided towards their movement to the cloud."

Sopra Steria and OVHcloud will unveil their functional demonstrator for SAP S/4HANA at the 2022 French SAP users' convention, "Utilisateurs SAP Francophones", in Lyon, France, on October 5 and 6, 2022.
