Finding a "tenbagger", a stock that increases its value tenfold, is the dream of many investors. Privata Affärer now highlights five candidates on the Stockholm Stock Exchange with this potential, all in growth areas.
Stille, a medical technology company specializing in surgical tools, is a favorite, writes Di, who has talked to Privata Affärer's editor-in-chief Love Strandberg. Acquisitions of niche companies, such as German Fehling, are driving growth. "With strong owners such as Linc and Impilo, there are considered to be great opportunities ahead. Podcast company Acast is also mentioned. After a tough start, turnover has tripled since 2021, and the company is aiming for profitability with its global market. "The revenue growth is impressive," says Love Strandberg. Other names on the list include Sleep Cycle, with its sleep app, as well as tech-heavy Ovzon and Proact. What they all have in common is strong niche markets and ambitious growth plans.
So are there any big companies that have made this journey? Investor has returned around 20% over twelve years, enough to become a tenbagger.
