OX2 AB (publ) (”OX2”) announced on March 30, 2022 that Nasdaq Stockholm´s listing committee has approved its application for admission of the company's shares to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm's main list. For this reason, OX2 has prepared a prospectus which has today been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and is published on the Company's website.
