Oxford Square Capital Corp. announced that its Board of Directors has declared monthly common stock distributions of $0.035 per share for the months ending April 30, May 31, and June 30, 2020 with the record dates April 16, 2021, May 14, 2021, June 16, 2021 respectively and dividends will be paid on April 30, 2021, May 28, 2021 and June 30, 2021 respectively.
