Oxford Square Capital Corp. announced that its Board of Directors has declared monthly common stock distributions of $0.035 per share for the months ending January 31, February 28, and March 31, 2022 with the record dates January 17, 2022, February 14, 2022, March 17, 2022 respectively and dividends will be paid on January 31, 2022, February 28, 2022 and March 31, 2022 Respectively.
