OxySure, a global leader and medical device innovator, pioneered a ground-breaking technology to produce medically pure oxygen from inert powders, making the provision of emergency oxygen safer, more accessible and easier to use than traditional oxygen delivery systems. In addition to supplying emergency oxygen, OxySure will support participants and attendees by providing automated external defibrillators, oxygen pulse oximeters, and other medical emergency equipment and services.

Julian T. Ross, Chairman and CEO of OxySure stated: "We are excited to play our part in such an important event by working with the Games Medical Operations team, as well as partners such as USC, UCLA, Kaiser Permanente, and the Los Angeles Fire Department in contributing to the safety and health of the athletes, coaches, volunteers and attendees throughout the Games."

Two-time Olympian Cliff Meidl, OxySure's global spokesperson added: "Becoming involved in this capacity is exciting and especially meaningful for me and for OxySure Systems. I have been involved with Special Olympics dating back to 2000 after my second Olympic Games in Sydney."

Meidl has a special relationship with CPR, oxygen and AED units. His life was saved when he was just 20 years old and working on a construction site in Los Angeles. First responding firefighters found him in cardiac arrest, and upon administering CPR, oxygen and AED resuscitation, brought him back to life.

John Ohanesian, Senior VP of Medical Services for the LA2015 Games Organizing Committee stated: "We are delighted to have the OxySure product in the Games, and together with their AEDs, integrated with our medical operations infrastructure, we hope that this will be the safest World Games in history."

The shares are trading at $0.51, and with 29.8 million shares outstanding, the company is capitalized at $15.2 million.
