Ozon is launching private-label wireless speakers in November 2022 ahead of the peak season, exactly one year after the launch of Hartens TVs. In October, built-in ovens and cooktops also appeared for sale under the same brand, and computer monitors will soon be available.Ozon is expanding its line-up of private label products in Russia's most popular product categories, from which well-known brands have withdrawn.

This year, Ozon has already introduced dozens of private-label products in various categories: Hartens TVs, Hola clothing, KIX FMCG, and Ozon-branded linens and tableware. The website's expertise in online retail and in-depth analytics of Russians' shopping behavior helped identify promising niches where private labels can capture a significant share and not affect the position of other sellers. The marketplace's private-label categories are most often represented by high-margin goods that are less expensive than competitors thanks to ordering directly from the factory and lower expenses on marketing.

Hartens wireless speakers are made exclusively for Ozon in China. The line-up consists of 16 models of various colors and functionality. Prices start from 1,190 rubles. In terms of power, Hartens speakers come in 5W, 10W and 20W versions. All speakers are equipped with a wide range of external interfaces: USB-A, Micro SD card slot, and Bluetooth version 5.3. The older models, 10W and 20W respectively, also have an AUX connector and backlit case. The product line will be available in six colors: purple, red, turquoise, orange, black, and gray.

Hartens ovens and cooktops, which are manufactured in Russia, became available for purchase on Ozon in October 2022. The built-in appliances come in standard sizes, which means Russians can use them in any kitchen. The ovens offer several automatic modes as well as manual control. The cooktops have four burners and are available in black enamel steel and ceramic glass.

Hartens computer monitors are assembled in Belarus. They were designed with the needs of different audiences in mind. When sales begin in mid-November, the line will feature four of the most popular diagonal dimensions in Russia with different screen refresh rates. The basic monitor is suitable for work and study. It has a diagonal of 22" and a 60 Hz refresh rate. The top-of-the-line monitor caters to the needs of today's gamers and content creators. The 32" diagonal and 165Hz refresh rate will give customers crisp and highly detailed images.

Victoria Atkishkina, Ozon Director of Business Development:
"Ozon is actively developing its private label business to expand the range of quality and affordable products and provide a wide selection in every niche. We already have a successful track record of launching private-label electronics - Hartens TVs, which were launched in 2021, have quickly become top sellers on the marketplace. To create new competitive products, the brand team carefully studied the market and sales on the marketplace, monitored the top-selling products, and conducted focus groups and selected manufacturers. As a result, we were able to launch a good balance of products with popular features. We're confident that Hartens household appliances and electronics will soon be found in more and more Russian homes."
