Pacific Star Development Limited Appoints Heng Su-Ling Mae as Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of the Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee

The board of directors of Pacific Star Development Limited announced that Ms. Heng Su-Ling Mae will be appointed as an independent director of the company with effect from August 7, 2017. Concurrently, Ms. Heng will be appointed as a member of the audit committee, nominating committee and remuneration committee.
