James D. Woodrum Announces Not to Stand for Re-Election to the Board of Packaging Corporation of America

On February 21, 2022, Packaging Corporation of America's (“PCA”) director James D. Woodrum notified PCA that he will not stand for reelection to the board of directors at the 2022 annual meeting of stockholders. Mr. Woodrum will serve the remainder of his current term which expires on the date of the 2022 annual meeting of stockholders.
