PagSeguro Digital Ltd., or the Company hereby announced that its Board of Directors has approved the payment of a special cash dividend of USD 0.12 per common share of the Company, to be paid on August 15, 2025 to shareholders of record as of July 16, 2025.
The Company expects to make two additional special distributions of cash dividends in the same amount of USD 0.12 per common share of the Company within the next three quarters, subject, among other factors, to market and company financial conditions. Any future declaration of dividends and the amount thereof will be at the discretion of the Company?s Board of Directors.
