INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR 2020

CLOSURE OF REGISTER OF MEMBERS

The board of directors of Pak Fah Yeow International Limited ("the Company") has today declared an interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2020 of HK2.6 cents per share payable to shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the register of members of the Company on 9 October 2020.

The register of members will be closed from Wednesday, 7 October 2020 to Friday, 9 October 2020, both days inclusive, during which no transfer of shares will be registered. In order to qualify for the interim dividend, all completed transfer forms accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company's share registrar, Tricor Standard Limited at Level 54, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong but no later than 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, 6 October 2020.

Payment of the interim dividend will be made on or about 11 December 2020.
