SHAREHOLDER COOPERATION AGREEMENT TERMINATION
Paladin Energy Limited (ASX: PDN) ("Paladin or the Company") is pleased to highlight the termination of the shareholder cooperation agreement between Paradice Investment Management Pty Ltd and Maso Capital Partners Limited, (ASX announcement dated 21 October 2019). The filings lodged today on the ASX reflects each of the shareholders returning to their respective shareholdings, prior to the cooperation agreement being put in place.
Paladin Chairman, Cliff Lawrenson said "We are pleased with the continued support from all of our major shareholders. The Company views the termination of the cooperation agreement between Paradice and Maso as a sign of confidence in the changes made to the Company's Board and Executive team over the last six months and the continuing development of our future plans."
