Paladin Energy Limited (ASX: PDN) ('Paladin or the Company') is pleased to highlight the termination of the shareholder cooperation agreement between Paradice Investment Management Pty Ltd and Maso Capital Partners Limited, (ASX announcement dated 21 October 2019).

The filings lodged today on the ASX reflects each of the shareholders returning to their respective shareholdings, prior to the cooperation agreement being put in place.
