For the full year, the company announced total revenue was USD 12.832 million compared to USD 15.283 million a year ago. Operating income was USD 1.242 million compared to operating loss of USD 8.615 million a year ago. Net income was USD 1.371 million compared to net loss of USD 8.380 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 0.2 compared to basic loss per share of USD 1.22 a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.2 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of USD 1.3 a year ago.

Vumber is a telecommunications services provider that enables users to communicate privately by having multiple phone numbers with any area code through which calls can be forwarded to a user's existing telephone number. Tinychat is Web-based, enables adaptations of its video technology and does not require a download.
