Pan Ocean Co., Ltd. ("the Company") is pleased to announce that the Company set or designated the following specified period of time during which Migration is prohibited or restricted("Migration Restriction Period") on the date which is ten(10) Business Days prior to the Record Date to set for the purpose of determining the entitled shareholders to receive notice of, attend and vote at the extraordinary general meeting(EGM).
Migration Restriction Period : 11 November 2021 ~ 2 December 2021
During the above Migration Restriction Period, both of Share Transfer Agent of the Company between Singapore and Korea(Boardroom and the Korea Securities Depository("KSD") respectively) will not receive or notify the other party of any request or application for a Migration under the Share Migration Agreement which was entered into on 1 August 2008 by and among three parties(Boardroom, KSD and the Company).
If any changes regarding the migration restriction occur, the Company shall announce it immediately.

Pan Ocean Co Ltd is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the provision of sea transportation services. The Company operates its business through two segments. The Shipping segment is engaged in the provision of sea transportation services using bulk carriers and non-bulk carriers. The bulk carriers include break bulk liners, trampers and large bulkers. The non-bulk carriers include tankers, containers, gas carriers and heavy lifters. This segment is engaged in the sea transportation of cargoes such as iron ores, coals, grains, containers, crude oil, crude oil, automobiles, liquefied natural gas (LNG), as well as special cargoes. In addition, this segment is engaged in the grain business, which purchases and sells grain to importers. The Other segment is involved of ship management business and leasing business.
