Pan Ocean Co Ltd is a Korea-based company primarily engaged in the provision of sea transportation services. Together with its subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through two segments. The Shipping Business segment engages in bulk cargo transportation, non-bulk cargo transportation, grain sales and distribution, operational support, shipping market information provision, as well as cargo claims processing. The bulk cargo transportation business provides transportation services for iron ore, coal, and grain through the use of liner vessels, tramp vessels, and large vessels. The non-bulk cargo transportation business provides containerized cargo transportation services, crude oil and petroleum product transportation services via tanker vessels, as well as liquefied natural gas (LNG) transportation services via LNG bunkering vessels. The Other Business segment is engaged in businesses such as crew and vessel management, as well as ship leasing.
