Finale Emilia, 30th March 2016 - NOTICE DEPOSIT OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENT AND THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING DOCUMENTS

With reference to the Shareholders' meeting of Panariagroup S.p.A. convened on 28th April 2016 in a single call, we notice that, from today, within the Company's website www.panariagroup.it as well as within the authorized storage device 1Info at the address www.1info.it, and on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. is available the following documentation:

(i) Yearly Financial Statement including the Separate draft Financial Statement of Panariagroup Industrie Ceramiche S.p.A. on 31st December 2015, the Consolidate Financial Statement of the Group, the Directors Report, the Statutory Auditor and the Financial Situation of the Extra-UE Controlled Companies used for the preparation of the Consolidate Financial Statement and the Declaration foreseen by art. 154-bis of D. Lgs. 24 February 1998, n. 58 ("TUF");

1. Annual report on corporate governance and the ownership structure in accordance with art. 123-bis of TUF;

2. Report on remuneration in accordance with articles 123-ter of TUF and 84-quater of the Issuers' Regulation 11971/99 and subsequent amendments and in accordance with art.6 of the Auto-Discipline Code of the listed Issuers promoted by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

3. Illustrative Report on the Purchase of Treasury Shares, in agreement with art.73 of the Issuers' Regulation.

We inform also that are available for the public the Financial statements of the controlled and affiliated Companies, in agreement with art. 2429 of Civil Code.
