Through the acquisition of equity or equity related investments, it offers a diversified portfolio of infrastructure assets with a primary focus on developed organization for economic co-operation and development (OECD) markets. It seeks to build a portfolio of co-investments in infrastructure assets with defensive characteristics, typically benefiting from contracted cash flows, inflation protection and conservative leverage profiles. It also targets investments in infrastructure sub-sectors: digital, power/utilities, power/utilities, renewables/efficiency and social. Pantheon Ventures (UK) LLP is the investment manager of the Company.
