COMPANY SECRETARY APPOINTMENT/RESIGNATION

Paragon Care Limited (Paragon or Company)(ASX: PGC) announces the appointment of Ms Melanie Leydin as Joint Company Secretary effective 29 June 2018.

This appointment follows the resignation of Mr John Osborne as one of the two Company Secretaries of Paragon effective this day. The other incumbent, Mr Len Kocovic, will remain in his role as Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary.

The Board acknowledges and appreciates the significant contribution that Mr Osborne has made during his tenure which started nine years ago when the Company was formed. The Board wishes Mr Osborne all the best in his future pursuits.
