RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING - 31 JULY 2018

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.2 and Section 251AA of the Corporations Act 2001, the following information is provided in respect of each resolution considered and voted upon at the General Meeting of Shareholders of Paragon Care Limited held at 10.30am (AEST) on Tuesday, 31 July 2018.

All resolutions were pass on a show of hands. The resolutions presented for shareholder consideration and the proxies received in respect of each resolution are set out in the attached table.
