Paref SA (ENXTPA:PAR) agreed to acquire 2,300 m² mixed-use building in Paris 11e rue Léon Frot on November 10, 2016. Paref was selected as part of a public tender process for the acquisition of the building. The deed of sale is expected to be signed before December 31, 2016.
