(NYSE:PK) is weighing up an exit from the Caribe Hilton in San Juan, Puerto Rico and intends to seek a price tag of no less than USD 200 million (EUR 194.3 million) in a potential transaction, Bloomberg reported, citing an insider. The asset could grab the eye of real estate-focused private equity firms, among other potential suitors, according to the report.
