Park Lawn Corporation has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Substantially All of the Assets from Farris Funeral Service, Inc. and Affiliated Service Group, Inc.

Park Lawn Corporation (TSX:PLC) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Substantially All of the Assets from Farris Funeral Service, Inc. and Affiliated Service Group, Inc. on July 7, 2022. Transaction is expected to be financed with funds from PLC's credit facility and available cash on hand. Farris family and their team will join PLC.

Following the receipt of regulatory approval the transaction is anticipated to close in early August 2022. Jeff S. Dinerstein of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP acted as legal advisor to Park Lawn Corporation (TSX:PLC).
