As previously disclosed in a Current Report on Form 8-K (the "Prior Form 8-K") filed by Parker-Hannifin Corporation (the "Company") with the Securities and Exchange Commission, filed on September 14, 2022, the Company announced it had completed the acquisition (the "Acquisition") of all of the outstanding ordinary shares of Meggitt plc. The Company plans to hold a conference call to review the Investor Presentation attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 on September 28, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. ET to discuss the completed Acquisition.
