DATE OF RELEASE OF 1ST QUARTER 2022 BUSINESS UPDATES

Parkway Trust Management Limited, as manager of Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust ("Parkway Life REIT"), will be announcing Parkway Life REIT's 1st Quarter Business Updates for the financial period ended 31 March 2022 after trading hours in the evening of Friday, 22 April 2022.
