All Carriers, Local, National, and International, Can Access

GREENWICH, Conn., Jan. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- PASSUR Aerospace, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: PSSR) announced today that Newark Liberty International Airport, of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, has contracted for the Field Condition Report (FCR) module, part of the PASSUR(R) OPSnet(TM) Suite, a web platform which provides a single resource for managing many aviation processes requiring communication, coordination and collaboration among key players, such as NOTAMS/Field Condition Reporting, construction planning, and irregular events such as snow and summer convective activity.

"A core part of any airport's mission is to provide the safest, most efficient and cost-effective operations for their partner carriers," said Jim Barry, President and CEO of PASSUR Aerospace. "The PASSUR Field Condition Report module will allow a more immediate and effective level of communication and coordination with some of Newark Liberty International's most important users, whether they are local, national or international, and make Newark part of a network of PASSUR OPSnet users at many other airports - including their sister airports LaGuardia and JFK. It's an important new service they are providing to their critical partners. We are proud to help airports like Newark Liberty International respond to the growing demands placed on them to play a leadership role in creating a more efficient and financially effective operation, of which a well-run airfield is an important part."

The PASSUR Airport Operations Program

Airports are being asked to provide more cost-effective, efficient, and safe airfield operations for carriers, to help them achieve greater throughput, quicker turns and fewer ground delays - critical elements of airline profitability in today's challenging environment. Airports also want to consolidate as many airfield management functions onto a single platform to minimize staff requirements. The PASSUR Airport Operations Program provides airport ramp tower, operations and communication centers the alerts, decision support, planning and analysis tools they need to run a more efficient and safe operation, and the web platform for cost-effective communication, coordination and collaboration with all the airport's key constituencies.

PASSUR FCR allows carriers - locally, nationally and worldwide - to make more effective real-time operational decisions by being instantly aware of the status of the airport. It links all players into a national network of airline and airport FCR users - so conditions at any one facility are made available to all. PASSUR FCR integrates eNOTAMS, Tenant Advisories, Construction updates and other timely information onto a single platform.

PASSUR OPSnet is a secure web portal which uses an advanced PASSUR information database to create instant communication and information sharing with all key players of the airport community in real time, in a secure environment, resulting in coordinated decision making, effective use of resources, and consistent public information - from any Internet-connected PC. It combines automated updates from the PASSUR radar-based database, with local updates from all key users of the airport facility. PASSUR OPSnet has a proven return on investment, based on studies by Booz Allen Hamilton and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
