Patria Reports First Quarter 2023 Results

MAY 4, 2023 - Patria Investments Limited (NASDAQ: PAX) today reported its unaudited results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2023.

Dividend

Patria has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.226 per share to record holders of common stock at the close of business on May 17, 2023. This dividend will be paid on June 8, 2023.

quarter through Distributable Earnings of $39 million or 27 cents per share, again delivering an attractive dividend of nearly 23 cents per share to shareholders and demonstrating the resilience of our business through challenging market conditions.
