GRAND CAYMAN, Cayman Islands (AP) _ Patria Investments Ltd. (PAX) on Tuesday reported profit of $15.9 million in its second quarter.

The Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands-based company said it had profit of 11 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to 20 cents per share.

The private-market investment firm posted revenue of $55.6 million in the period.
