Net investment income was MYR 91,154,000 against MYR 81,166,000 a year ago. Income before taxation was MYR 65,349,000 against MYR 57,021,000 a year ago. Income after taxation/total comprehensive income was MYR 65,349,000 against MYR 57,021,000 a year ago. Basic and diluted earnings per share were 2.16 sen against 1.89 sen a year ago. Net cash from operating activities was MYR 66,142,000 against MYR 57,186,000 a year ago. The increase in gross revenue was mainly contributed by rental income from Pavilion Kuala Lumpur Mall's tenants after the repositioning exercise and higher occupancy rate at the Intermark Mall.
