(Stock Code: 327) RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY

The board of directors (the "Board") of PAX Global Technology Limited (the "Company") on 16 August 2016 received a written resignation tendered by Mr. Lee Chris Curl ("Mr. Lee"), the Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary of the Company. Mr. Lee resigned as the Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary of the Company due to personal reasons with immediate effect. The resignation of Mr. Lee will not affect the normal operation of the business of the Company.

Mr. Lee has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Company and the Board express their sincere gratitude to Mr. Lee for his contribution to the development of the Company during his tenure as the Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary of the Company.
