MODU London-based consultancy Modu has appointed Paysafe's chief information officer Roy Aston as the group's nonexecutive director. Before joining Paysafe, Aston held senior positions at Barclaycard as well as Citi.

"We're thrilled to have Roy's track record and calibre on our board team," said Modu's cofounder Chris Geldard.

"Not only does he bring enormous technology leadership experience, he also has very sharp commercial acumen."

WTW Frank Schepers will replace Alice Underwood as WTW's head of ICT business. Schepers will take up the new role in the following weeks, following a handover period alongside Underwood, who is retiring this year.

Schepers joined WTW in 1994, holding several senior positions including risk consulting and software leader for Germany and then for Northern and Central Europe.

He was ICT's EMEA head for three years, between 2015 and 2018. Commenting on the promotion, WTW's head of risk and broking Adam Garrard said: "Frank has been instrumental in expanding ICT's services and embedding the important links between the business' consulting services and technology solution that have made it such a powerful force in the market."

NATWEST Natwest has announced that Matt Austen will join the group's executive committee as director of strategy, corporate development and sustainability on 5th September 2022, reporting directly to CEO, Alison Rose.

Austen will replace Olly Holbourn, who is taking up his new role with the group as chief executive of RBSI on 1 July.

Natwest CEO Alison Rose said: "I am delighted to welcome Matt to the team. Matt will bring great experience to the bank, particularly now as we look forward to the next stage of our strategy, building on the great progress of the last two and half years, as well as how we help and support our customers with the costof-living crisis."
