PCAS NET SALES AS OF JUNE 30, 2018

PCAS (Euronext Paris: PCA), a specialist in developing and producing complex molecules for life sciences and innovative technologies, has announced the publication of its consolidated net sales as of June 30, 2018.
The PCAS Group had generated consolidated net sales of €100.4 million as of June 30, 2018, representing a decrease of 8.9% compared to the same period of the previous financial year (-7.0% at a constant exchange rate).

Pharmaceutical Synthesis
The Pharmaceutical Synthesis business generated €61.6 million, down 18.6% compared to 2017
(-16.9% at constant exchange rates), partly due to first half-year multi-stage productions and projects being put back, the sales of which should be achieved over the second part of the year.
Fine Specialty Chemicals
Net sales of Fine Specialty Chemicals totaled €38.7 million, up 12.4% on 2017 (+14.9% at constant exchange rates), with growth in both Performance Additives (Lubricants) and Advanced Specialty Chemicals for the micro-electronics part.
Outlook
In 2018, the Group's net sales are expected to show modest growth. However, the Group income may be noticeably affected if the current euro/USD exchange rate were to worsen.
