Pearl Global Industries Limited announced that Mrs. Madhulika Bhupatkar was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 consecutive years with effect from March 18, 2020 till March 17, 2025. In terms of her appointment, she has ceased to be an Independent Director of the Company and member of the Audit Committee and Corporate and Social Responsibility Committee, with effect from the close of business hours on March 17, 2025, due to completion of tenure.
