Pearl Global Industries Limited at the SBM held on February 11, 2025, the board has approved appointment of Mr. Vijay Yadav as Chief Operating Officer of the Company, with effect from February 11, 2025. Mr. Vijay Yadav holds Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) degree and Post Graduate Management Diploma in Garment Manufacturing Technology from NIFT. He has an extensive expertise in Business Production Operations, Manufacturing Planning, Quality Management, and Strategy Formulation.
He has worked with both value-driven and volume-led organizations in regions including India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and Cambodia. Mr. Vijay Yadav has deep experience in handling woven, knits, and denim businesses.
