Bergkvarabuss AB reached an agreement to acquire shares owned in AB Stockholms Spårvägar from Pegroco Invest AB.

Bergkvarabuss AB reached an agreement to acquire shares owned in AB Stockholms Spårvägar from Pegroco Invest AB (publ) for SEK 31.70 million on May 31, 2022. The transaction will amount to SEK 31.70 million (€3.01 million $3.23 million) in liquid assets in addition to concessions of SEK 8.50 million. The transaction requires that Bergkvarabuss receives over 90% acceptance of all shares to the offer and that customary examination by the Swedish Competition Authority is approved. The deal is due to be completed in Q2 2022.
