Car dealer Pendragon revs up review after buyout proposal

(Reuters) - Pendragon Plc said on Tuesday it was accelerating a review of all strategic options to maximise value for shareholders, a day after the British car dealer received an unsolicited preliminary proposal worth about 406 million pounds ($436.21 million) from Hedin Mobility Group, its largest shareholder.
