Reference is made to the €500,000,000 1.875 per cent. Notes due September 2023 issued by Pernod Ricard on 28 September 2015 (the "Notes") pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in the prospectus dated 24 September 2015 approved by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers on 24 September 2015 (the "Terms and Conditions").

All capitalized terms used herein and not defined shall have the meaning assigned to such terms in the Terms and Conditions.

Pursuant to Condition 6.(c)(ii) (Make-WholeRedemption by the Issuer) of the Terms and Conditions, Pernod Ricard hereby gives notice to the Noteholders of the redemption of the outstanding Notes, in whole, at their Optional Redemption Amount which will be calculated by the Calculation Agent.

1. The redemption date for the Notes will be 21 October 2021 (the "Optional Make Whole Redemption Date").
2. The aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Notes being redeemed is €500,000,000. The Calculation Agent will notify the Optional Redemption Amount and the interest accrued on the Notes to, but excluding the Optional Make Whole Redemption Date, together with the details of its calculation to the Issuer, the Fiscal Agent and the Paying Agents. The Fiscal Agent shall notify such Optional Redemption Amount to the Noteholders.
3. The Fiscal Agent is BNP Paribas Securities Services, Les Grands Moulins de Pantin - 9, rue du Débarcadère - 93500 Pantin - France.
4. Payment of the Optional Redemption Amount on the Optional Make Whole Redemption Date shall be made through Euroclear France in accordance with its rule rules and procedures applicable from time to time.
5. This Notice is irrevocable.
