Annual General Meeting 10 November 2021

Ladies and Gentlemen, Dear Shareholders,

We are delighted to be able to hold this year's Shareholders' Meeting, on November 10, in your presence.

However, we draw your attention to the fact that Shareholders' Meetings do not fall within the scope of the legal provisions requiring the presentation of a sanitary pass (passe sanitaire), which the law reserves for certain "cultural, sporting, recreational or festive events or activities" (article 1 II of the Law no. 2021-1040 of 5 August 2021, pertaining to the management of the sanitary crisis and article 47-1 of the decree of 1st June 2021). Besides, the sanitary pass may not be demanded when not mandated by law, otherwise penalties may be inflicted.

In this context, we inform our Shareholders that we will not be able to require the presentation of a sanitary pass (passe sanitaire) to attend our Shareholders' Meeting. However, we will require strict compliance with the physical distancing and mask-wearing measures mask. Consequently, after registration, we will invite you to go directly to the Shareholders' Meeting room and, therefore, we will unfortunately not be able to share with you our traditional moment of conviviality around a coffee.

We remind you that the Shareholders' Meeting will be broadcasted live on our website www.pernod-ricard.com. The Company has taken all measures to facilitate remote voting (by post or proxy voting), using the voting form in the section dedicated to 2021 Shareholders' Meetings on the Company's website, under the tab Investors - Regulatory Information - Annual General Meeting, or online on the secure voting platform VOTACCESS. Last, the Company invites its shareholders to send all their requests and documents electronically to [e-mail].
