On July 11, 2022, Intellect Company Pte. Ltd. closed the transaction. The company received $20,000,000 in the transaction.
The company received $10,000,000 in its second and final tranche. The tranche was led by new investor Tiger Global Management, LLC and included participation from new investors Persol Holdings Co., Ltd., Singtel Innov8 Pte. Ltd., JAFCO Investment (Asia Pacific) Ltd., K3 Ventures Pte Ltd
