Petpal Pet Nutrition Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300673) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 100 million worth of its shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price not more than CNY 26 per share. The repurchased shares will be used in employee stock ownership plan or equity incentive plan. The program will be valid for a period of 6 months from the shareholders' meeting approval of the repurchase plan.
On March 10, 2022, the company adjusted the repurchase price from CNY 26 per share to CNY 25 per share.
