Rio de Janeiro, May 29, 2021 - Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. - Petrobras, in clarification of pieces of news in the media, and as already informed in the last conference with analysts and investors relative to the results for the first quarter of 2021, held on May 14, 2021, informs that in the quest to execute its pricing policy it permanently monitors the market and, from a perception of a level realignment, whether of exchange rates or of oil and oil products international prices, carries out price adjustments.

The studies and monitoring prepared by Petrobras' technical trading areas support the decision-making process and the proposal for price adjustments, and the business environment and the behavior of its competitors are permanently observed, aiming at an adequate competitive positioning.
