Grepar Participações Ltda agreed to acquire Lubrificantes e Derivados de Petróleo do Nordeste (Lubnor) refinery from Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. - Petrobras (BOVESPA:PETR4) for $34 million on May 25, 2022. As the term of consideration, $3.4 million will be paid on the day of announcement, $9.6 million will be paid upon completion and $21 million will be paid as deferred payments. The transaction is subject to antirust approval.
