Petrobras Distribuidora SA (B3: BRDT3), informs that, on September 1, 2020, it will pay the total amount of R$ 601,650,456.25 of interest on own capital and part of the dividends, which make up the mandatory minimum dividend for the year of 2019.

In our monitoring of the recovery of the macroeconomic environment after the impacts brought about by the pandemic, we have observed a gradual recovery in our volumes and a lesser restriction on the circulation of people, which has resulted in a reheat in industrial, commercial, service and use activities of transport modes. Considering our current cash generation and level of indebtedness, we consider it opportune to anticipate the payment as of September 1 of the installments of interest on own capital and minimum dividends, and we will continue to evaluate the best time for payment of complementary dividends, which have a maximum term until December 31, 2020, as determined by the Annual General Meeting.

As interest on own capital, the amount of R$ 540,318,218.33 or R$ 0.46379246209 per share will be paid, based on the shareholding position on December 4, 2019. The amount of the installment to be paid will be adjusted by SELIC rate from 12/31/2019 until September 1, 2020, reaching the amount of R$ 551,788,020.41, corresponding to the amount of R$ 0.47363778576 per share.

The amount of R$ 0.46379246209 per share related to interest on capital will be subject to a 15% income tax rate, and the amount of R$ 0.00984532368 per share corresponding to the adjustment by the SELIC rate, will be incurred. income tax at the rate of 22.5%. The income tax withholdings, mentioned above, will not be applied to immune and exempt shareholders.

As dividends, the amount of R$ 49,862,435.84 or R$ 0.0428003741 per share will be paid to meet the minimum mandatory dividend. It is worth remembering that the value of the complementary dividends as defined in the last AGM is R$ 533,988,695.99, which will be paid at the most opportune time up to the maximum term of December 31, 2020. The shareholders in both dividends will be entitled to shareholding position on July 31, 2020 (including).

CREDIT INSTRUCTIONS

Payment will be made by Banco Bradesco S.A., depositary institution for book-entry shares.

Account holders of Bradesco S.A., or other banks, whose registration is duly completed and updated, will have their rights automatically credited to their bank account on September 1, 2020.

For shares deposited in B3's fungible custody, the payment will be credited to the respective exchange, which, through the depositing brokers, will pass on the dividends to the shareholders.

The Company will keep the market duly informed about the matter.
