Petrobras Distribuidora S.A. ("Company" or "BR") (B3: BRDT3) informs that it will adopt a new brand

and corporate identity: Vibra Energia. Vibra Energia has as guidelines for its new brand: customer orientation; trust that connects; genuine partnerships; and constant evolution. The name and design refer to the constant movement, necessary to drive people and businesses, without giving up referring to a Brazil that makes, performs and goes beyond.

Vibra Energia, leader in the Brazilian fuel and lubricant distribution market and one of the largest energy companies in the country, is on the way to an energy transition. The company entered new markets and has been investing in improving its governance standards and ESG topics.

Vibra Energia is undergoing an organizational and cultural transformation process based on four pillars that reflect the aspirational vision of the new company: a business vision that is committed to its customers and seeks excellence in everything it does; a relationship with different audiences based on flexibility and empathy; the differentials of proximity and convenience in the relationship with customers; and finally a vision of the future based on agility and innovation.

With a logistical structure that guarantees its presence in all regions of the country, the company has a portfolio of more than 18 thousand large corporate clients, in segments such as aviation, transport, commerce, electro-intensive industries, chemical products, supply house and agribusiness.

In the automotive market, Vibra is licensed under the Petrobras brand, and will continue with the current visual identity and symbol "BR", forming a network of about 8,300 gas stations throughout the country. In lubricants, it is the leader in market with the top of mind Lubrax line, which has more than 600 items for automotive, industrial, marine and railway applications. For convenience, Vibra Energia operates at service stations with the BR Mania brand. At the service stations, we also have the Lubrax+ automotive lubrication centers. With the BR Aviation brand, the company supplies aircraft at more than 90 Brazilian airports. In the energy market, Vibra operates through the trader Targus, of which it owns 70%.
