PetroVietnam Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company (HNX:PPE) announced a private placement of 3,000,000 shares at an issue price of VND 15,000 for gross proceeds of VND 45,000,000,000 on January 15, 2021. The transaction will include participation from Le Canh Toan and Nguyen Duc Long. The transaction has been approved by annual general meeting of 2020.
