Peugeot S.A. is the 2nd biggest automotive constructor in Europe. The group's operations are organized around three main segments:
- the Automotive Division (77% of net sales): covering the design, manufacture and sale of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles under the Peugeot, Citroën, DS, Opel and Vauxhall brands;
- the Automotive Equipment Division (20.5%): corresponding to the Faurecia group comprising interior systems, automotive seating, automotive exteriors and emissions control technologies;
- the Finance Division (2.5%): corresponding to the Banque PSA Finance Group, which provides retail financing to customers of the Peugeot, Citroën, DS, Opel and Vauxhall brands and wholesale financing to the two brands' dealer networks. Banque PSA Finance is classified as a financial institution.
Net sales break down geographically as follows: France (22.8%), Europe (55.9%), Asia/Pacific (6.6%), North America (5.4%), Latin America (4.5%), Middle East and Africa (4%) and Eurasia (0.8%).
